Concession for Administration, Operation, and Development of 22 Regional Airports

Concession for 22 Regional Airports: long-term award of the right to administer, manage, operate, develop, expand, maintain, and exploit 22 regional airports for a duration of approximately 40 years. The exact duration will be specified in Phase 2. The preferred investor must establish a special purpose vehicle in Greece. The concession duration can be extended. The goal is to maximize revenue for EESYP, ensure high-quality operation and maintenance services, and undertake substantial renovation and development of facilities. Parts of the required works may be subsidized by national or EU funds or direct/indirect financial contributions from the Greek State; details will be specified in Phase 2. The transaction will be cash-based; alternative forms of consideration such as assets, company shares, or other securities are not accepted. The right to demand additional earn-out payments or similar variable consideration is reserved.
