Concession Contract for Public Passenger Transport of the Communauté d'agglomération du Gard Rhodanien

Operation of public passenger transport services within the territory of the Mobility Organizing Authority (AOM): includes the exploitation of public transport services, maintenance and management of assets provided by the AOM, provision and maintenance of assets necessary for operation (depot, vehicles, equipment) not provided by the community, recruitment, management, and training of personnel, commercial and administrative management of the network, updating of information systems (on urban furniture, vehicles, website) for user information (schedules, routes, fares, network disruptions), enhanced communication and marketing to promote the network, permanent advisory assistance to the AOM for service quality improvement and adaptation, an adapted legal organization to ensure transparency of human resources, and the promotion of sustainable mobility forms.
