Concession Contract for Public Passenger Transport and Mobility Services

Operation of public passenger transport and mobility services: includes the operation of regular urban lines, regular interurban lines, school transport services, the city center shuttle in Manosque, the urban shuttle in Gréoux-les-Bains, transport services for persons with reduced mobility (TPMR), car-sharing services, and night shuttle services. The contract duration is 9 years starting from September 1, 2027. Four options are included: operation of autonomous rail transport services (Urbanloop), operation of a self-service bicycle rental system, creation of the “ITER-CADARACHE” line, and extension of the ZAE Express line to the Mirabeau PEM. The service provider supplies vehicles, operates the overall mobility service, finances and/or implements necessary investments, collects revenues, bears all direct costs, establishes an internal organization, implements marketing and communication strategies, registers school users annually, implements and improves passenger information systems, ensures and monitors service quality, maintains equipment and goods provided, supplies other necessary goods such as ticketing and SAEIV systems, advises the authority on service improvement, and produces monthly and annual activity reports. further items as per the tender documents.
