Occupational medical care for Kreis Herford: Performance of all occupational medical tasks according to Section 3 of the Occupational Safety Act (ASiG) and DGUV Regulation 2 for approximately 1,600 employees across 66 external offices and the main administration building in Herford. Services include advice and support for the assessment and documentation of working conditions, implementation of occupational medical examinations according to ArbMedVV including the issuance of certificates, advice and support for determining required occupational medical examinations, participation in occupational safety committee meetings and health working group meetings, workplace inspections, pre-employment examinations for tariff employees, aptitude tests according to the Rescue Act NRW, and the implementation of "psychological stress risk assessments". The contract duration is from 2027-01-01 to 2028-12-31, with an option for four one-year extensions until 2032-12-31. No premises will be provided.
