Kandinskyallee Sports Facility - Surface Replacement Phase 1

Modernization of the open spaces at the Kandinskyallee 27 sports facility in Hamburg-Mümmelmannsberg. The project includes, in the first construction phase (BA 1), the comprehensive replacement of the surface of a large sports field by dismantling and disposal of approx. 7,800 m² of artificial turf and elastic base layer, followed by the new construction of approx. 7,400 m² of elastic base layer and artificial turf surface. Civil Engineering for Sports Facility in Hamburg

The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, District Office Hamburg-Mitte, is tendering civil engineering works for the conversion of a natural grass sports field into an artificial turf sports field at the Fährstraße sports facility in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg. The project includes extensive earthworks, the construction of a new drainage system with 1,300 m of PE-HD DN 100 drainage pipes and 205 m of channel drainage, as well as sports and path construction works with 6,505 m² of unbound base layer according to DIN 18035-7. Further services include the installation of a prefabricated garage with extensive green roof, paving works, and the installation of sports field equipment. The civil engineering works dominate the tender.
