Installation of plastic windows and doors: 8 units of 4-part plastic windows with top-mounted roller shutters (1150 x 2060 mm), 18 units of 4-part plastic windows (1150 x 1850 mm), 12 units of 4-part plastic windows (1150 x 1950 mm), 6 units of 2-part plastic French doors (1150 x 2850 mm), 13 units of plastic basement windows (900 x 600 mm), 1 unit of plastic side entrance door (1100 x 2150 mm). Also includes installation of plastic decorative elements, 20 units of humidity-controlled external building component air vents, and approximately 45 m of internal window sills. The execution location is 06449 Aschersleben, Hecklinger Straße 5. Execution is from 28.09.2026 to 21.05.2027, with specific deadlines for measurement and ordering of windows as well as technical clarification (28.09.-02.10.2026), window installation and sealing (09.-27.11.2026), internal window sill installation (22.03.-09.04.2027), and completion, window adjustment, and remaining works (10.-21.05.2027). Alternative bids and multiple main bids are not permitted. The award criterion is the lowest price. Required securities: contractual penalty 0.3%, defect claims 3% (only for construction services). Bidders must have the legal form of a GmbH and provide proof of suitability according to VOB/A, including references, information on workforce, professional register entry, clearance certificates (professional association, tax office, health insurance), and public liability insurance; further items as per the tender documents.
