Artwork for Les Épinettes Schools and Socio-Cultural Facility
Conception, realization, transport, and installation of an artwork: as part of the 1% artistic contribution for the construction of Les Épinettes schools and a socio-cultural facility. Installation location: 7 rue Honoré Fragonard/ 38 bis rue d'Erevan, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux. The budget for the conception, realization, transport, and installation of the artwork is 169,847.40 Euros excl. VAT, with a maximum of 148,766 Euros excl. VAT for the artist(s). The procedure is a two-phase restricted process: Phase 1 (Candidacy) involves submitting a dossier and selecting a maximum of 5 candidates by an artistic committee; Phase 2 (Offer) is for selected candidates only. A mandatory site visit is planned. Provisional start of services is April 2027.
