Short-term Electricity Procurement for 2027

Electricity procurement and sales, and balance group management: The successful tenderer, acting as the Balance Group Responsible, will undertake electricity procurement and sales for joint contracting authorities, as well as balance group tasks. This includes the balance group-related acceptance of long-term electricity products from five framework agreements for the period from January 1, 2027, 00:00, to December 31, 2027, 24:00, with a total maximum quantity of 922,421,000 kWh (maximum 184,484,200 kWh per framework agreement). The contracting authorities commit to calling off 100,000,000 kWh of electricity per framework agreement. Additionally, it involves the procurement and sale of short-term (for optimization purposes) electricity for the contracting authorities during the same period, with a maximum quantity of 348,129,000 kWh. The contracting authorities commit to calling off 190,000,000 kWh of short-term electricity. The Balance Group Responsible procures the short-term electricity products in its own name and sells them to the contracting authorities. The total expected quantity of electricity to be managed for balance group tasks in the specified period is a maximum of 1,270,550,000 kWh. The technical parameters of the electricity products must comply with standards MSZ 1:2002 and MSZ EN 50160:2011.
