Turnkey Contract for New Apartment Building and Parking Garage

Construction of an A-energy class apartment building of approx. 2,300 k-m² and a parking garage with yard works in Turku, Pääskyvuori: The fixed-price turnkey contract (KVR-Urakka) includes construction and building services engineering works, as well as the completion of tender, work, and implementation plans based on ground investigations and design guidelines. Additionally, parking garage, deck, and access areas, along with plot access roads, will be constructed according to plans.
