Storage of Police Vehicles for Further Proceedings in Bolesławiec, Środa Śląska, Strzelin, Ząbkowice Śląskie, and Złotoryja Districts

Parking services for vehicles secured by the Police: 24/7 provision of a guarded parking lot for vehicles and vehicle parts secured for preparatory proceedings, to protect them from damage, destruction, theft, and unauthorized third-party access. A minimum of 10 parking spaces for vehicles up to 3.5 t (or 4.25 t for alternative drives) and a minimum of 3 parking spaces for vehicles over 3.5 t (or 4.25 t for alternative drives) are required, along with a secured room of at least 14 m² for detached vehicle parts. The parking layout must comply with § 21 of the Minister of Infrastructure's Regulation of April 12, 2002. The parking facility must be located within the respective district, and its address must be provided in the offer. Detailed requirements are specified in the draft contract provisions (Annex 1 to SWZ). An additional condition prohibits awarding contracts to or cooperating with Russian citizens, individuals residing in Russia, or legal entities based in Russia, or companies more than 50% owned by such entities, or acting on their behalf, including subcontractors accounting for over 10% of the contract value. A corresponding declaration form (Annex 3.1 to SWZ) must be submitted electronically with a qualified electronic signature; non-compliance or failure to submit the declaration will lead to exclusion from the procedure.
