Landscape and sports field construction works: Demolition of approx. 700 m² asphalt surfacing, approx. 110 m² concrete slabs, approx. 15 m concrete edging, approx. 100 m³ concrete foundations, approx. 220 m ball catch fences/nets (4.00 m), approx. 110 m chain-link fence (1.50 m), approx. 200 m construction fence/board fence, approx. 35 m tree protection fences (2.00 m), approx. 130 m lines/cables, 2 units fence gates, 6 units floodlight masts, 8 units steel equipment items, 4 units shafts/drains; clearing and removal of approx. 1,500 m² shrub growth and approx. 5,760 m² sports field turf. Earthworks include the excavation and reuse of approx. 1,000 m³ topsoil, excavation and removal of approx. 440 m³ topsoil and approx. 4,360 m³ gravel/red layer; delivery and installation of approx. 650 m³ gravel, approx. 815 m³ mixed tree substrate, and approx. 530 m³ delivered tree substrate; approx. 1,600 m trenches for client-provided lines and installation of approx. 420 m² geogrid. Structural constructions include 27 m noise barrier precast concrete elements (H 2.00 m), approx. 74 m seating edges precast concrete elements, 10 m stair treads precast concrete elements, and 27 m angled retaining walls precast concrete elements. Paved areas: approx. 300 m² asphalt surfacing AC 8, approx. 1,430 m² concrete slab surfacing, approx. 125 m² grass chamber paving for parking spaces, approx. 525 m granite kerb edging, approx. 515 m concrete kerb edging, 32 m concrete block step edgings, approx. 245 m paving strip mowing edge. Playing fields: approx. 5,828 m² artificial turf playing field including base layers, approx. 6,580 m² natural turf playing field with turf base layer, approx. 250 m² concrete paving for summer curling rinks. Fixtures/sports and play equipment: 34 m wooden supports for seating edges, 4 units waste bins, 4 units signs on pipe posts, 14 units bicycle stands, 12 units football and mini-football goals, 87 m playing field barriers, 6 units player shelters, 8 units corner flags, approx. 1,560 m playing field markings, approx. 1,600 m trenches for empty conduits ELT/HLS. Drainage: 32 m drainage channels, 30 m drainage pipes, 5 units drains. Vegetation areas: 46 units tree plantings/tree pits, approx. 545 m² planting areas (perennials, ground cover), 30 m² utility lawn, approx. 1,375 m² seeding for meadow areas/infiltration swales, 50 m root protection barrier installation, as well as tree pruning, completion care, and 2-year development care.
