For administrative assignment STA, 1,050 m² water-permeable concrete paving, 66 m² water-bound pavement, 37 m² granite slab inlays 60/60, 52 m² fountain field inlay granite slab 90/90, 52 m² granite slab 90/60, 123 m² natural stone small-element paving, 495 m steel edging, 630 m² perennial mixtures, 155 m² RSM seeding, planting of 25 trees, standard shrubs or large shrubs, and completion care are planned. Execution period: 18.01.2027 to 08.12.2028. Bidders must demonstrate an annual turnover of at least 2,000,000 Euro (net) in the last three financial years. At least two references for landscape construction works (contract value min. 250,000 EUR net, tree plantings from 10 units, perennial plantings over 50 m², furnishing elements, play equipment/calisthenics) and at least one reference for road and civil engineering works with an integrated landscape construction component (contract value min. 750,000 EUR net) are required.
