Landscaping and metalwork: various demolition works of paved surfaces (asphalt, concrete pavers, concrete slabs), concrete walls, staircases made of concrete block steps, railing constructions, dismantling and reinstallation of existing fixtures; earthworks including approx. 2,000 m³ topsoil removal, stockpiling for reuse and disposal, and approx. 4,500 t of soil material environmentally sound disposal; masonry and staircase construction with approx. 125 linear meters of retaining walls made of concrete form stones and angle supports as seating steps and ramp edging, as well as a staircase system made of concrete block steps; drainage with approx. 7 units of clean-walk grates with cover grids (as per measurement), approx. 50 m KG pipe DN 110, approx. 50 m full-perforated pipe, approx. 22 m facade gutter, and approx. 7 units of yard drains; electrical works with approx. 300 m trench for electrical lines and approx. 6 units of light foundations; path construction with approx. 2,265 m² development of paved areas with concrete block paving and slabs including sub-base (in paved and unpaved construction), approx. 650 m edgings with deep kerbstones and concrete kerbstones, approx. 100 m edgings with runner rows, and approx. 80 m paving channels; railings, handrails and fence with approx. 60 m railings for fall protection, approx. 60 m handrail, approx. 10 m steel mesh fence, and 1 unit of a 2-leaf swing gate (width approx. 4 m); play area with approx. 55 m³ fall protection sand installation and approx. 280 m³ wood chip surface including a clean layer 8/32; general fixtures such as wooden seat covers, 6 units of stool benches and corner benches in various lengths, 3 units of waste bins; play equipment consisting of 1 unit of rope play equipment, 1 unit of hammock, and 1 unit of basketball funnel; lawn and planting works with approx. 450 m² planting area, 11 units of standard tree plantings, approx. 1,470 m² lawn area creation, and 230 m² meadow area, including 1-year completion care and 2-year development care.
