Landscaping works for Stadionpark

Creation of the "Sportinsel" park area with surrounding open spaces on an approximately 10,000 m² plot, with the "Sportinsel" area covering 4,750 m², for handover by June 21, 2027: Demolition of approximately 10,000 m² of existing surfaces (vegetation areas, paved areas), removal of approximately 2,320 m³ topsoil, approximately 2,850 m³ soil, and approximately 3,000 m³ sub-bases, construction of approximately 2,000 tons of gravel sub-base, installation of approximately 1,300 m² asphalt surfaces (traffic areas) and approximately 350 m² asphalt surfaces (Pumptrack), construction of approximately 620 m³ core fill (Pumptrack) and approximately 2,250 m² cast-in-place concrete rolling surfaces (Skatepark), manufacturing of various steel parts (Skatepark), delivery and installation of various sports and play equipment, creation of approximately 1,400 m² EPDM fall protection surfacing, various drainage works including the construction of a soakaway with a volume of approximately 80 m³, electrical installations with 12 units of 10 m high light poles and the construction of 7 units of sleeve foundations, as well as vegetation technical works (lawn seeding, tree planting). This is followed by growth and development care for the planting for a total of 36 months.
