Landscaping works: Remaining works on the outdoor facilities of the Dachau Police Station and John F. Kennedy Square, renovation works at the riot police guardhouse, and creation of areas at Marienplatz. The services include: Removal and disposal of vegetative topsoil, topsoil, and soil in small areas; preparation of approx. 210 m² subgrade; installation of 3 finished foundations for charging stations; approx. 50 m steel edge curbing and approx. 30 m concrete curb edging; approx. 65 m² hard lawn plates and approx. 150 m² slab paving with substructure; installation of 1 traffic light system, 5 bicycle stands, and 1 mailbox pillar; planting of 10 standard trees (1 tree quarter), 100 hedge plants, and 20 shrubs including care; maintenance measures for approx. 11 existing trees; sowing of approx. 150 m² gravel lawn, 100 m² lawn, and 400 m² meadow including care. For the outdoor facilities at John F. Kennedy Square: Removal and disposal of vegetative topsoil and topsoil in small areas; excavation and disposal of approx. 450 m³ of soil; installation of approx. 200 m² geotextile; preparation of approx. 600 m² subgrade; approx. 50 m steel band edging and approx. 250 m concrete wedge edging; construction of approx. 80 m² two-layer asphalt paving and approx. 600 m² large-format slab paving with substructure; approx. 20 m² granite small-stone paving with substructure; approx. 3 soakaways, each approx. 10 m³; approx. 60 m cable trenches; installation of approx. 4 light pillars, approx. 7 bollards, 3 benches, and 1 waste bin; planting of approx. 4 standard trees and 10 shrubs including care; sowing of approx. 350 m² lawn including care; erection, maintenance, and removal of approx. 80 m construction fence. For the renovation of the riot police guardhouse: Paving of approx. 5 m² barrier island with used granite paving stones; construction of approx. 175 m² asphalt wearing course with connections; construction of approx. 10 m² concrete paving with permeable joint and 10 m² concrete slab paving from used material; construction of approx. 8 m railing with glass panel infill and attached gate; installation of a control pillar for barrier and gate system with sheet metal roof; foot grate approx. 1.50 m² in front of the guard building. For the creation of areas at Marienplatz: Removal and disposal of vegetative topsoil and topsoil in small areas; breaking up of approx. 430 m² asphalt in roadways and 125 m² in sidewalks; excavation and disposal of approx. 260 m³ of soil; installation of approx. 500 m² geogrid; correction of approx. 700 m² subgrade; approx. 30 m granite single-liner edging; construction of approx. 370 m² two-layer asphalt paving in roadways and 125 m² in sidewalks with substructure; construction of approx. 140 m² slab paving from hard lawn plates with substructure and seeding; opening and reinstalling approx. 35 m² slab paving after pipe laying; construction of approx. 140 m permanently elastic joints at drainage channels; 1 soakaway of approx. 25 m³; construction of approx. 140 m cable trenches; construction of approx. 5 foundations for mast lights; installation of 1 traffic light system; sowing of approx. 30 m² lawn including care; further items as per the tender documents.
