Landscaping for the construction of an inclusive school center: sustainability verification, demolition and earthworks, dewatering and drainage, drains, creation of paved areas, small sports fields, sports ground and playground areas, fences, planting areas, lawn and seeding areas, including completion and development care, outdoor lighting. This also includes: site setup (1 lump sum), surveying for sub-areas 1, 2, 3 (1 unit), protection of existing hedges and tree groups (220 m), delivery and installation of 1,500 m³ of fill soil, creation of 830 m³ of infiltration swales, approx. 600 m³ of excavation and disposal, dewatering system (300 m), installation and connection of 500 m of drainage channels, installation of 8 units of special-sized clean-off grates, 3 units of EPDM/artificial turf sports surfaces for small sports fields, 5 units of play areas with play equipment, delivery and placement of 3 units of sea containers as equipment sheds, planting and care of 132 units of woody plants (trees), 79 units of woody plants (shrubs), and 1,110 m² of perennials.
