Landscape Gardening Works for Heinrichsberger Straße Compensation Measure

Landscape gardening works for a compensation measure: site setup (1 lump sum), protective fence (140 m), and existing condition documentation (1 lump sum); demolition of shrubs (120 m²) and disposal of 5 m³ non-hazardous waste. Earthworks include mowing 3,900 m² of vegetated area, clearing 1 m³ of construction site, excavating and storing 218.5 m³ of non-contaminated soil, installing 41 m³ of mineral substrate, delivering and applying 17.55 m³ of topsoil, excavating 20 m³ of soil for traffic areas and 140 m³ for sand lizard habitats, backfilling 165 m³ of soil, disposing of 3 m³ of non-hazardous waste, delivering and installing 66 m³ of finished compost, preparing 115 m² of foundation subgrade, and compacting 115 m² of subgrade for paths. Path construction involves 1 plate load test for foundation subgrade and 1 for base layer, 22 m³ of frost protection layer, 10 m³ of gravel as leveling layer, and 5.5 m³ of water-bound surface layer. For the sand lizard habitat, 150 m³ of gravel backfill, installation of 68 m³ of stone piles, 68 m³ of gravel area between stone piles, delivery and installation of 50 m³ of loose branches, and delivery of 20 units of rootstocks are planned. Lawn area works include loosening the vegetation layer on 2,800 m² and fine grading on 2,800 m². Shrub area works include loosening the vegetation layer on 460 m², fine grading on 460 m², and disposal of 1 m³ of non-hazardous waste. Tree planting comprises 26 units of trees, delivery of 26 kg of fertilizer and 52 kg of soil improver, installation of 26 units of tree anchors, protection of 26 units of tree trunks (painting), creation of 26 units of watering rims, and mulching of 26 units of tree pits. Shrub planting includes 598 units of woody plants. A meadow area of 2,800 m² is to be created. Completion care for 1 year includes watering 39 m³ of standard trees and 92 m³ of shrub areas, care for 26 units of trees and 460 m² of woody plant area, mowing 2,800 m² of lawn area, checking/repairing 1 unit of tree anchor, improving 2 m³ of mulch layer, and disposing of 6 m³ of non-hazardous waste. Development care for the 2nd year includes watering 39 m³ of standard trees and 92 m³ of shrub areas, care for 26 units of trees and 460 m² of woody plant area, mowing 2,800 m² of lawn area, and disposing of 2 m³ of non-hazardous waste. Development care for the 3rd year includes watering 39 m³ of standard trees and 92 m³ of shrub areas, care for 26 units of trees and 460 m² of woody plant area, mowing 2,800 m² of lawn area, formative/structural pruning of 26 units of young trees, removal of 26 units of tree anchors, loading and hauling away material for 26 units, and disposing of 4 m³ of non-hazardous waste.
