Landscaping Works for Triftstraße Green Areas

Landscaping works: Soil removal including sod, soil preparation, soil supplementation, soil improvement (tree substrate, mulch layer etc.), soil installation and disposal. Planting works and plant delivery include 10 trees (standard trees), 88 shrubs (mainly nursery-grown, balled, some solitary specimens), 95 linear meters of hedge planting, 290 m² of ground-covering perennial areas, 295 m² of mixed perennial plantings type Silbersommer, and 2,500 bulb plants. Seeding works comprise 1,245 m² of meadow seeding with regional seed, 190 m² of gravel lawn seeding, and 175 m² of landscape lawn. Completion care for all green areas is provided in the 1st year of maintenance, followed by 5 years of development care for trees and planted areas. Measures for utility protection in the area of planned tree plantings according to the tender and prior coordination with responsible utility providers, as well as measures for the protection of planned vegetation areas at access roads and parking facilities, are included. Delivery and installation of 30 robinia bollards and wooden barriers.
