Long-term loan for Leszno Municipality
Long-term bank loan: 12,500,000.00 zł for the repayment of previously incurred loan obligations and to cover the deficit. Repayment from 2027 to 2045 in 228 monthly installments from January 20, 2027, to December 20, 2045. Loan disbursement in tranches from contract signing until December 28, 2026, within 3 working days of request. The right to draw a lower amount up to 12,500,000.00 zł without additional fees or commissions is reserved. Security is provided by a blank promissory note with a promissory note declaration. Interest is based on the variable WIBOR 1M rate (arithmetic mean of WIBOR 1M quotes for the month preceding the next interest period) and a fixed bank margin. Grace period for capital repayment until January 2027.
