Long-term loan of 29,300,000.00 zł for the City of Głogów: Disbursement in tranches upon written request by 31.12.2026 at the latest, within a maximum of 5 working days from application. Loan term from contract signing until 31.12.2041. Capital repayment in 60 quarterly installments: 59 installments of 488,334.00 zł each starting 31.03.2027, last installment of 488,294.00 zł on 31.12.2041. Interest repayment quarterly from 31.12.2026 based on actual debt. Variable interest rate based on 3-month WIBOR (15th day of preceding month) plus a fixed bank margin; provisions for WIBOR changes. Loan security by blank promissory note with declaration, countersigned by the Treasurer. Early repayment partially or fully possible without additional costs, with 7 days' prior notice; interest calculated for the actual utilization period. Right to not utilize part or all of the credit without fees. No disbursement or other commissions. Interest calculation based on 365/366 days.
