Long-term loan for budget deficit and loan repayment of the City of Myszków
Credit granting: a long-term loan totaling 10,614,224.00 PLN, comprising 6,994,224.00 PLN for covering the planned budget deficit of the City of Myszków in 2026 and 3,620,000.00 PLN for repaying previously incurred loans. A guaranteed loan utilization of at least 2,000,000.00 PLN is provided. Funds can be used to cover expenditures from own resources starting from 02.01.2026. Settlements will be in PLN. The interest rate is variable, based on WIBOR 1M plus a fixed bank margin; a 0% interest rate applies if the total value is negative. WIBOR 1M is calculated as the arithmetic mean of the last ten trading days preceding the monthly accounting period. Should WIBOR 1M cease publication, an alternative rate can be agreed upon. Interest payments are monthly.
