Long-term loan of 43,459,000.00 PLN: Provision of a long-term commercial loan in Polish currency up to a maximum amount of 43,459,000.00 PLN, including the full repayment of previously incurred long-term loan obligations, provided this reduces the total service cost over the entire repayment period. Disbursement occurs within 7 days after selecting the best offer and submitting the loan application, not exceeding 43,459,000.00 PLN, and no later than December 28, 2026. Security is provided by the borrower's own blank promissory note. The repayment period is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2039, in monthly installments. Early repayment is possible without financial costs for the Contracting Authority. Interest payments are made monthly (by the 5th day of the month following the capital installment repayment) on the remaining loan amount.
