Long-term loan of 47,576,000.00 PLN: Provision and servicing of a loan for deficit financing and repayment of previously incurred loans, with the possibility of not utilizing the full loan amount without additional commissions and fees. Repayment will occur from 2027 to 2052 from the County's own revenues, with the option to extend the repayment years and change the annual capital installment amounts. The contractor or subcontractor must employ personnel under an employment contract for tasks related to loan execution (loan activation in the banking system, calculation of due interest, informing about the current loan status), unless these activities are performed by self-employed individuals. For employment verification, employee statements, contractor/subcontractor statements, certified copies of employment contracts, or other documents containing anonymized data (excluding employee's name and surname, contract date, type of contract, and scope of employment) may be requested. A contractual penalty of 300.00 PLN per day of delay will be charged for non-submission of documents. The client will provide the selected contractor with current certificates of no tax arrears and no social security contribution arrears no later than the contract signing date.
