Long-term rental of a new articulated wheel loader for ZUOK Olsztyn
Long-term rental of a new articulated wheel loader: Delivery of a brand new articulated wheel loader for use in municipal waste operations at ul. P. Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn. The total contract duration is up to 42 months from contract signing, with delivery of the wheel loader required within 6 months of contract signing. The rental period is 36 months from formal handover or up to 10,000 operating hours. Detailed minimum technical and quality requirements are described in Annexes 1, 2, and 4 of the tender documents. The execution of the contract with subcontractors, suppliers, or entities whose capacities are relied upon under Directive 2014/24/EU, if they account for more than 10% of the contract value, is prohibited according to Article 5k of EU Regulation No. 833/2014.
