Long-term rental of light vehicles for the EDF Group

Long-term rental of new vehicles: light 4x2 and 4x4 vehicles (gross vehicle weight ≤ 3.5 t), thermal and electric (100% electric and plug-in hybrids). For 100% electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids, only manufacturers and segments selected under the EDF Group's electric vehicle purchasing market are eligible. The EDF Group's long-term rental fleet comprises approximately 25,000 light vehicles. A portion of these vehicles will be renewed through long-term rental contracts for reconditioned vehicles (Lot 2). The contract duration is 4 firm years with 4 optional extension periods of 12 months each. The maximum volume of the framework agreement, across all contractors, is 23,000 vehicles, with this indication having no contractual commitment value for the company regarding this purchase volume.
