LAP compensation measures at 2 locations: mowing 1,080 m² vegetation area, milling/preparing 3,910 m² vegetation area, establishing 2,862 m² woody plant cultivation, supplying and planting 4 high-stem trees (StU 12-14 cm), supplying and planting 1,812 saplings/shrubs (bare-rooted), sowing 1,845 m² extensive grassland, installing 245 linear meters of browsing protection fence, erecting 7 raptor perches, installing 35 boundary posts (oak planks), performing crown care and creating a watering ring for 1 existing tree; including 1 year of completion care and 2 years of development care. Execution period: October 28, 2026 to December 4, 2026; completion care until September 30, 2026; development care until October 15, 2028. Alternative bids and multiple main bids are not permitted. Securities: performance bond of 5% of the contract sum, defect liability bond of 3% of the settlement sum (if contract sum at least €250,000.00 net). Advance payment bond required for each year of care. Bidder must perform at least 50% of the service with own company; further items as per the tender documents.
