The framework contract has a total volume of net 26,000,000 HUF, of which at least net 19,000,000 HUF will be called off. The service includes collecting leaves from walkways, sidewalks, parking lots, internal roads, fenced playgrounds, dog runs, sports parks, green areas in front of condominiums, and under shrubs. The bid price must include the costs for transport and disposal of the collected leaves. An environmental permit is required for transport and disposal. The contractor must provide the weight of the transported leaves for the annual MEKH data reporting and comply with regulations for public area work and safety measures (signaling, cordoning off the work area).
