Leasing of a Waste Baling Press and Feeding Conveyor

Delivery of a brand new waste baling press with equipment and a PET bottle perforator, as well as a new feeding conveyor for the press, including installation and commissioning, in the form of an operational lease with a purchase option. The lease is settled in PLN and comprises 48 lease installments, which are equal, fixed, and unchangeable throughout the entire lease period, subject to contractually permissible changes. The WIBOR 1M base rate from the day of publication is used solely for offer calculation. Installments are due on the 10th day of each month, starting the month after the lease item's handover. The initial fee is 35% of the net value of the lease item plus VAT, payable within 7 days of signing the contract. The purchase option after the lease agreement ends is 25% of the lease item's value plus VAT. The warranty period is at least 24 months without an hour limit. Service is to be provided by an authorized manufacturer's representative. The machine must be technically sound, ready for operation, and free of legal defects. Detailed technical parameters and minimum equipment are specified in Annex 1 of the tender documents. Insurance for the channel press is the responsibility of the client.
