Leasing of a Surgical Robot with Equipment and Instruments for Surgical Procedures

Leasing of a surgical robot with equipment and instruments for surgical procedures: 12-month term, delivery of medical kits for a total of 150 robotic procedures in urology, gynecology, general, and colorectal surgery, with sterile disposable instruments and accessories having a minimum shelf life of 12 months upon delivery. The scope of services also includes system installation, staff training (technical and medical, the latter for 3 teams consisting of operator and assistant) in gynecology, urology, general, and colorectal surgery, warranty services, full service, and mandatory technical inspections during the lease period. System delivery is within 14 working days of contract signing, and delivery of tool and accessory kits is within a maximum of 5 working days of order. The bidder must provide an operating manual (1 paper copy), a technical passport, a maintenance manual (1 paper copy) in Polish, and CE conformity declarations. The manufacturer of the offered robotic system must have an environmental management system certified according to ISO 14001. Supplies from third countries not party to international agreements are excluded; further items as per the tender documents.
