Leasing of Computers for the Armed Forces Simulation Center

Operational leasing of computers and tablets for the Armed Forces simulation centers: initially 180 desktops and 255 tablets, with a potential later uptake of 100 laptops and 245 tablets. The precise quantity is flexible with ongoing possibilities for up- and downscaling. The contract duration is 3 years with an extension option up to a total of 5 years. The leasing service includes ongoing support and maintenance of the equipment, including on-site support. FMI retains all data-bearing units (e.g., hard drives) at contract expiry and purchases these units at contract commencement. Installation is required at Armed Forces simulation centers located at barracks and other sites throughout Denmark. The equipment must be capable of running various simulation software used by the Armed Forces, with minimum performance requirements based on this use. The supplier must be able to deliver nationwide, and employees must be security-cleared. Delivery must occur within 130 days from contract signing, with faster delivery being evaluated.
