Leasing, maintenance, and sanitization of protective equipment: The service includes the complete outsourcing of sanitization, maintenance, repairs, and replacement. The provider ensures advanced digital traceability (RFID/barcodes), regular exchanges, a buffer stock, controlled distribution, and permanent compliance with OHS standards. Estimated quantities for the framework agreement/subsequent contract are according to Annex 11 of the documentation. The frequency of subsequent contracts to be awarded is 1 per year. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 13,789,001.63 Lei, without VAT.
