Food Supply for ZWH Kitchen
Food supply for the ZWH kitchen at specified locations: Delivery on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM directly to storage rooms. Services are called off via individual orders based on a framework agreement (§ 21 Abs. 3 VgV) at least one day in advance by 10:00 AM via email, phone, or the contractor's online shop; delivery confirmation required within six hours of call-off. Bidders must offer 250 "TOP products" from the previous year (highest financial share) or comparable alternatives; further items from the "Deliveries from 2025" list or comparable alternatives must be deliverable on demand. No minimum purchase quantity. Expected are reliable and fast delivery, personal support, regional and supra-regional expertise, and handling of MSC, ASC, and organic certified products. An online shop, a recipe and meal plan manager, and an annual rebate are desirable; if an online shop/manager is not available, a demonstration of how an overview of goods, allergens, and nutritional values will be provided is required.
