District management: cross-district coordination for the Möckern and Gohlis-Nord focus areas in Leipzig, duration from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028. Tasks include ensuring social cohesion and inclusion, education and health, needs-based development of public spaces and local basic services, cross-cutting work, and coordination and documentation with the client. The contract award is subject to budget availability. Target group includes freelancers, associations, non-profit initiatives, or commercial entities; the use of persons in subsidized employment relationships is excluded. Alternative bids are not permitted.
