Maintenance and repair orders for trailers 1-20t: For the period from 01.09.2026 to 31.12.2027, approximately 400 maintenance orders (76 in 2026, 324 in 2027) with a volume of 3,021 maintenance hours (753 in 2026, 2,268 in 2027) are planned. Optionally, an additional 200 repair orders (38 in 2026, 162 in 2027) with 1,511 hours (377 in 2026, 1,134 in 2027) can be commissioned. The framework agreement loses its validity upon reaching 600 total orders. An extension option for 1 year until a maximum of 31.12.2028 is possible, with a planned quantity of approximately 324 maintenance orders and 2,268 repair hours, plus an additional quantity option of 162 repair orders with 1,134 repair hours for the optional period. The estimated value for the service period including the quantity option (without extension) is 84,510 EUR, for the option year 2028 (including quantity option) 459,270 EUR, and the total estimated value including all options is 543,780 EUR. There is no obligation to call off the forecasted quantities or options.
