Supply of digital press articles for the Département de Seine-et-Marne

Provision of digital press articles and a press monitoring tool: for national, regional, local, and specialized press, enabling daily creation (working days) of press reviews for departmental staff and elected officials, and on-demand supply of articles and press kits. Usage is exclusively internal. The framework agreement is a single-award order framework agreement with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 70,000 € excl. VAT per period. The initial duration is 12 months from January 1, 2027, tacitly renewable three times for periods of 12 months, not exceeding 4 years, for a total maximum of 280,000 € excl. VAT. Unit prices are revisable, based on a unit price schedule. This is a single lot, no variants or PSE. Open European tender procedure.
