Delivery of a highly specialized angiography system: 1 unit, including installation, preliminary testing, commissioning, and staff training. The scope also includes preparing a technical justification for the system's placement, developing an investment project for radiation protection, and if necessary, for technology, electrical, and HVAC parts with quantity calculations. Documents for licensing by RZI and AYAR must also be prepared. Project corrections are to be made at the contractor's expense. The system can be called off within 12 months from contract start. The investment project for radiation protection and, if necessary, other project parts (technology, electrical, HVAC) with quantity calculations must be completed within 30 calendar days of written request and provision of initial data. Delivery of the angiography system is within 90 calendar days of written request. Installation, testing, and commissioning must be completed within 30 calendar days after delivery (excluding RZI/AYAR processing time). Staff training is up to 10 calendar days after commissioning. The warranty period for the angiography system is at least 12 months from the acceptance protocol, and for the X-ray tube according to manufacturer's conditions. During the warranty period, all defects, repairs (with original spare parts), software updates, and hardware maintenance are to be covered by the contractor. The place of performance is Varna, "Hr. Smirnenski" Blvd 1, Department of Cardiology and Rheumatology.
