Delivery of a highly specialized angiography system

Delivery of a highly specialized angiography system: 1 unit, including installation, test examinations, commissioning, and staff training. The contract also includes the preparation of a technical justification for the system's placement, the development of an investment project for radiation protection, and if necessary, for the technological, electrical, and HVAC sections with quantity calculations. Furthermore, the preparation of documents for licensing by RZI and AYAR, ensuring corrections to projects at the contractor's expense, the supply of spare parts, and warranty service for the delivered equipment are included. Minimum technical characteristics are detailed in the Technical Specification (Appendix 1). The system can be called off within 12 months from the contract's effective date. The place of performance is Varna, "Hr. Smirnenski" Blvd 1, Department of Cardiology and Rheumatology. Deadline for the investment project: up to 30 calendar days after written request; deadline for angiography system delivery: up to 90 calendar days after written request; deadline for installation, testing, and commissioning: maximum 30 calendar days after delivery (excluding RZI and AYAR processing time); deadline for staff training: up to 10 calendar days after commissioning. The warranty period for the angiography system is not less than 12 months from the signing of the acceptance protocol; for the X-ray tube, the manufacturer's warranty applies. During the warranty period, all repairs, software updates, maintenance, and hardware warranty service must be performed with original spare parts at the contractor's expense.
