Delivery of an acoustic and phonic warning system for the population as part of the Population Protection and Civil Defense Program 2025-2026: assembly and installation of electronic acoustic and phonic alarm and warning points at 11 addresses in Wrocław (ul. Żmigrodzka 141, ul. Chopina 9b, ul. Spółdzielcza 2A, ul. Karpnicka 2, ul. Osobowicka 127, ul. Wietrzna 50, ul. Szkocka 64, ul. Sołtysowicka 21, ul. Wejherowska 34, ul. Zwycięska 8a, ul. Ślężna 2/24), maintaining functional identity with the existing system; delivery of GSM controllers and their integration with existing SmartControl controllers in 55 warning sirens; restoration of system elements at the alarm point ul. Małopanewska 5, including one Motorola TETRA radio or equivalent, 2 pieces of 80 Ah buffer batteries, and one SmartControl controller with integrated GSM controller; delivery, installation, configuration, and commissioning of a new rack server for the central alarm management system, including necessary equipment and software; delivery of detailed technical documentation, including precise installation and configuration descriptions for each hardware and software component; delivery of necessary documents confirming the legality of system component use (licenses), if applicable; delivery of all devices and equipment necessary for contract execution; addition of the newly created point to the existing TetraHorn alarm point database (central and mobile controller); reconstruction of existing alarm points if the offered solution requires changes in technology, system architecture, control method, or communication protocols, including reconstruction or modernization of all 55 existing alarm points, creation of 11 new alarm points, migration of the existing system's configuration, ensuring full cooperation of all 67 alarm points, delivery of all required licenses, interfaces, and communication devices, and functional testing of the entire system. The offered system must ensure full technical and functional compatibility with the existing infrastructure, without additional remuneration for adapting the infrastructure.
