Delivery of an ICP-MS Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer with Equipment: Purchase, delivery, installation, commissioning, and staff training for the operation of the spectrometer at the Wojewódzka Stacja Sanitarno-Epidemiologiczna in Krakow, ul. Prądnicka 76, 31-202 Kraków, Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 15:00. The offered ICT products, services, and processes must not include elements identified as having a negative impact on state security or from high-risk suppliers, as per Art. 33 sec. 4 or Art. 67b sec. 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system. Detailed technical parameters and requirements are described in Annex A of the tender documents; the contract draft is Annex 2. For bid confirmation, a completed Annex A with a list of used ICT elements must be electronically signed.
