Delivery of a Sanitary Container

Delivery of a Sanitary Container: The container must comply with Polish road traffic regulations (Act of June 20, 1997, as amended in 2024, including requirements for privileged vehicles) and the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of June 20, 2007, concerning products for ensuring public safety, health and life protection, and property. Current approval certificates for the container and its equipment must be submitted no later than the day of technical and quality acceptance. The container must also comply with Annex 20 of the “Guidelines for standardization of equipment for fire fighting vehicles and other transport means of the State Fire Service”. Equipment includes a minimum of 3 shower cabins, a minimum of 4 washbasins, a changing room, a minimum of 2 WC cabins, a clean water tank, a sewage tank, an electric water heater, electrical and water installations, protective and work clothing, and sanitary, household, and bathroom articles. A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex 1 to the tender documents. The project is implemented as part of the Population Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure if the public funds intended for financing are not granted.
