Delivery of a wine analyzer: 1 unit. The specialized equipment integrates with existing project components to supplement field data. The aim is to provide precise research results on the impact of climate change on the chemical composition, organoleptic profile, and biological potential of grapes and wine. The procurement is part of the project 'Adaptation of viticulture to climate change through the application of ecosystem measures to maintain economic viability (VitiClimRoBg–Hard ROBG00370)' under the Interreg VI-A Romania-Bulgaria Program, specific objective 2.4.
