Delivery, installation, commissioning, training, and warranty service for medical equipment, divided into several lots. The contract is conditional on funding approval. Performance begins after confirmation of funding by the contracting authority and submission of the performance guarantee by the contractor. Failure to submit the performance guarantee within the period set by the contracting authority, without objective reasons, will result in termination of the contract. If funding is not secured within 3 months of contract conclusion, either party may terminate the contract without notice. If funding is not secured within 10 months of contract conclusion, the contract is considered terminated.
