Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of In-Situ Measurement Systems for Chlorophyll Fluorescence and Vegetation Reflectance for CNRS ESE

Supply, installation, and commissioning of in-situ measurement systems for chlorophyll fluorescence and vegetation reflectance: A firm tranche includes the supply of one SILI-Fluo (Sun Induced and LED Induced Fluorescence) remote sensing instrument for in-situ measurement of chlorophyll fluorescence of vegetation cover with associated IT tools. This covers construction, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a prototype (SILI-Fluo 1.1), its testing and calibration, installation at the experimental site Barbeau-Fontainbleau, and the provision of IT tools for real-time monitoring and raw data processing. The budget for the firm tranche is 67,000 Euros net. An optional tranche includes the supply of three additional SILI-Fluo instruments (SILI-Fluo 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3) for in-situ measurement of chlorophyll fluorescence of vegetation cover with automated data processing. This covers construction and commissioning of the three instruments, their testing and calibration, installation at three ecosystem stations, and the setup of automated processing for all data from the measurement network. The budget for the optional tranche is 89,000 Euros. Raw materials, consumables, and custom manufacturing are not included and will be provided by the ESE.
