Delivery, installation, and configuration of a virtualization cluster with an artificial intelligence platform, divided into two parts: server hardware and network hardware. The offered ICT products, services, and processes must not include any products, services, or processes identified in recommendations under Art. 33 para. 4 of the Act of July 5, 2018, on the national cybersecurity system as having a negative impact on the fundamental security interests of the state, or products whose type has been classified as high-risk in a decision under Art. 67b para. 15 of the same Act. Deliveries from certain countries as specified in Chapter V para. 2 point 4 are not permitted.
