Supply, Installation, and Maintenance of Air and Oxygen Gas Mixers with Monitoring and Associated Consumables

Supply, installation, and maintenance of medical air and oxygen gas mixers with integrated oxygen analyzer (O₂ cell), display, and alarm system (visual/audible, high/low thresholds) for continuous FiO₂ measurement. Functional and commercial dissociation of the mechanical mixer and the monitoring system is required to allow independent component replacement. Equipment must be suitable for neonatal, pediatric, and adult populations, including flowmeters for very low (e.g., 3 L/min, 5 L/min), pediatric/intermediate, and higher flow rates (up to approximately 20 L/min). The bidder must specify for each flowmeter the nominal flow range, precision/maximum error, minimum/maximum measurable/deliverable flow, performance conditions, compatibility, and performance differences. The contract includes the supply and installation of gas mixers and FiO₂ monitoring systems, provision of appropriate flowmeters, warranty, and preventive and corrective maintenance, further items as per the tender documents.
