Supply, Installation, and Maintenance of Medical Equipment for the Cuza Voda Clinical Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Supply, transport, installation, commissioning, user training, and warranty service for medical equipment and apparatus for the Cuza Voda Clinical Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The procurement is conducted under a framework agreement, allowing for annual subsequent contracts. One subsequent contract can be concluded in the year of the framework agreement's signing and another in the following year. Estimated minimum quantities per subsequent contract are 1 piece, and estimated maximum quantities are 2 pieces. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is between 32,000 Lei and 96,000 Lei without VAT. Subsequent contracts will be awarded without renewed competition, with preference given to the first-ranked bidder. In case of non-fulfillment by the first-ranked bidder, the second or third-ranked bidder may be contracted. If all three bidders fail to fulfill, the framework agreement may be terminated, and a new procurement procedure initiated.
