Delivery, Installation, and Maintenance of Furniture and Equipment for the Cardiology Clinic

Delivery, installation, and warranty maintenance of 5 additional pieces of furniture and equipment for the Cardiology Clinic at UMBAL "Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich AD" in Stara Zagora. Materials and specific colors are specified in the technical specification (Appendix No. 1). The furniture and equipment must match the color and design of the main renovation of the clinic (carried out after a 2026 tender) and existing furniture (delivered and installed after a 2026 tender, UIN 00536-2026-0003). This includes matching colored flooring, painted walls and ceilings, and colored interior doors. Requirements for materials and colors ensure high quality, stability, and durability, as well as aesthetic consistency. Specifications for models, sources, processes, brands, types, patents, origin, standards, or production are to be understood with the addition of "or equivalent". The execution period for delivery and installation is a maximum of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order letter. The estimated contract value is 5,725.00 EUR net. Offer validity is 180 days. A performance guarantee of 7% of the contract value excluding VAT is required. The offered warranty period must be at least 84 months.
