Supply of filters: This involves the delivery of brand new oil, fuel, and air intake filters for trucks, special vehicles, and buses, divided into 2 lots. The estimated scope and quantities are based on anticipated maintenance and repair needs for the years 2026, 2027, and 2028. Exact quantities, types, and delivery dates are not known. Deliveries may occur in quantities differing from the estimates, provided the total contract value does not exceed the agreed amount. References to trademarks, patents, or origin are to be understood with the addition of 'or equivalent'. There is an option for a one-time extension for both lots by an additional 24 months. The extension covers the same services under the same conditions, requires mutual consent, and has the same value as the original contract, calculated based on unit prices.
