Supply of Technical Materials and Tools

Supply of installation materials and consumables, divided into two lots. Lot 1 includes installation materials such as ironware, fittings, plumbing materials, electrotechnical and mechanical engineering materials, water taps, locks, hardware, indoor and outdoor luminaires, light sources, emergency and transparent lighting, and other electrotechnical MRO articles. Lot 2 includes consumables such as batteries and accumulators (excluding those for vehicles and specific purposes), assembly materials (screws, nuts, plugs, bearings, etc.), workshop supplies, electric (hand) tools, standard hand tools, PPE for the workshop (not fire brigade related), lashing straps, tarpaulins, tape, etc., greases and lubricants, and mechanical engineering articles, including machining articles. The maximum scope of the framework agreement for Lot 1 is € 800,000.00 incl. VAT or € 661,157.00 excl. VAT, and for Lot 2 € 700,000.00 incl. VAT or € 578,513.00 excl. VAT. A safety margin of 30% is applied due to geopolitical reasons and unforeseen circumstances. No guarantee is given for the number of orders to be placed and the expected turnover.
