Delivery and implementation of a HR and payroll system for Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne Wody Polskie: data migration, post-implementation assistance, maintenance service, and an optional modification service. The implementation proceeds in phases: project preparation, analysis, system construction, training, production start, post-implementation assistance, and maintenance service. The system must not include ICT products, services, or processes identified in recommendations as having a negative impact on state security or from suppliers classified as high-risk, in accordance with Articles 33 para. 4 and 67b para. 15 of the Polish National Cybersecurity System Act of July 5, 2018. A list of utilized ICT elements must be submitted.
